We specialize in either negotiating with the current owner that is attempting to sell it by tradional means OR just purchasing the home ourselves and then turning it around and offering to you as a rent-to-own.
Either way it doesn't matter to us- we just get it done. It is a very quick process and we expect to have you moving into your new home within 45 days - quite often it can be less then 2 weeks.
We do not carry a large inventory of homes at a time and often do not post them on the internet cause they go so quickly there is no need to.
